Ready4KI exists because the hard part of enterprise AI is not the model. It is deciding what to fund, in what order, under whose ownership, and then running that way for long enough to compound.
Our mission is narrow on purpose: give executive teams a defensible answer to the value question, and then build the operating model that delivers it. We do not sell implementation hours, and we do not sell optimism.
- Not an AI consultancy
- A consultancy leaves a document. We leave capability, an operating model and a measurement pipeline that keeps working without us in the room.
- Human-led, platform-scaled
- A senior Operating Partner works with your executive team. The platform makes the analysis rigorous, comparable and fast. It does not replace the conversation.
- Board-level by default
- Everything we produce is written for the people who allocate capital. If it cannot survive a board meeting, it is not finished.

Enterprise AI fails at the seam between the executive conversation and the technical reality. Ready4KI is organised so that each side has a named owner, and so that the seam between them is owned as well.

Works directly with CxOs and boards on holistic transformation strategy: what to fund, what to stop, how to sequence, and how to keep an executive team aligned once the easy decisions are gone. This is the part of the work that cannot be automated, and we do not pretend otherwise.

Platform & Architecture
Owns the technical architecture, the product, the data infrastructure and the AI orchestration behind the diagnostic engine. Also owns the discipline that keeps the numbers honest: deterministic calculation, enforced consistency checks, and a validation gate no report gets past with an empty placeholder.

How we work
Four commitments we are willing to be held to.
These are not values on a wall. Each one is visible in the product, and you can check whether we kept it.
Compliance by design
Logging and human oversight are part of the method from the first workshop, not a retrofit before an audit. Governance that arrives last is the most expensive kind.
Deterministic over probabilistic
Anything that can be calculated is calculated, not generated. Financial figures, consistency checks and status derivations run through deterministic code: models write prose, not numbers.
Answer first, evidence second
The value question is answered before the methodology is explained. An executive should be able to stop reading after one page and still have the answer.
We run on our own advice
The platform is built under the same standards we recommend: audit trails, human oversight, tenant isolation and model independence. If we would not accept it from a vendor, we do not ship it.
Compliance by design, including our own
EU AI Act Article 12 and 14 obligations, logging and human oversight, are designed in from the start. Data residency, model independence and tenant isolation are stated as explicit controls in every report, and they hold for our own platform too.
